What’s it about?
This Marketing and Analytics company are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their growing team. You’ll be responsible for implementing campaigns that deliver high levels of engagement for their key clients.
Reporting to the Head of Outbound Channels, you will be involved in the end to end design, implementation, execution and evolution of multi-channel campaign activity. The main focus of the role will be on program and campaign set up and build in their CRM platform across digital channels; email, push, SMS.
HTML proficiency and an understanding of core email challenges, such as renderability and deliverability are a must.
This role would be a good next step for someone proficient in email campaign deployment to get more exposure to strategy, analysis and mobile channels; as well as building client-facing skills.
What will you be doing?
End to End design, implementation and execution of campaigns
Building and testing of HTML templates
Designing campaign schedule and test plan in collaboration with the client and creative agency
Querying database to construct suitable segmentation and creation of targeting files for campaign deployment
Monthly Program and Campaign Reporting
Implement and management of Control Cells
Consult with client on campaign design, ensuring marketing – as well as technical – best practice is adhered to
Automating recurring campaigns, providing regular reporting of campaign results to the clients
Demonstrate pro-active and continuous improvement in all campaigns and processes
Maintain documentation of campaign designs, solutions, processes and procedures
Share best practice and support knowledge with similar teams across Nectar’s global network, including offshore contractors
Represent the company at conferences and seminars
What would they like you to have?
A keen interest in digital marketing is essential, and previous experience in working in a fast-paced digital marketing/agency environment would also prove useful
Experience in querying databases with SQL
Confident, personable manner to be a lead interface with the client
Strong HTML skills, with experience of email or web design and development
Strong understanding of the principles of campaign management and measurement
Competent Photoshop ability
Knowledge of the principles of direct and email marketing
Knowledge of the principles of databases and data warehouses
A willingness to learn, work well under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal & team working skills
A strong work ethic, detail oriented and process driven, with superior attention to detail is absolutely essential
Accomplished user of IBM Marketing Solutions (UNICA) and IBM Marketing Cloud (Silverpop), or equivalents
You will be working alongside a fantastic team and showing strong leadership and direction to ensure the smooth running of projects.
