What will I doing in my new role as Customer Care Advisor?
At First Locate you will be at the front end of our Customer Care Team, you will be responsible for helping our clients regain payments from their customers. Your role will be to discuss accounts with customers over the phone, negotiating and problem solving when customer has an outstanding account.
You’ll make and answer calls from our customers, take them through security and deal with their requests. These requests could be anything from wanting to pay a bill by card, wanting to set up a payment plan to spread the cost or wanting to resolve a query.
When will I be expected to work?
We have Part Time Customer Care roles available working 16-20 hours per week.
The shift patterns we currently have available are:
10am to 2pm
Which will allow for family commitments, for example dropping the kids off at school or nursery, having a career in between and being ready and available to collect them again at pick up time.
4pm to 8pm
This shift is more evening focused and allows flexibility but keeping the day free for other things.
