Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust Estates Services is a modern health care maintenance organisation delivering repair services to over 150 buildings across the South of England. We are proud of our high levels of performance and are committed to providing an excellent customer experience. We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Multi Skilled Maintenance Assistant to deliver a first class maintenance and repair service across a variety of our properties. You would be working out of a base in the Southampton area in Hampshire, serving the surrounding areas. You will need to use your specialist knowledge and customer service experience to assist us in delivering a first class service to our varied service users.
What we are looking for;
. Assistants should be Fully experienced within the building industry
You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to various properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence.
