We are looking for the right person in Carlisle to help us meet the needs of customers attending the Registration Offices to register births, deaths and still-births as well as make arrangements for their wedding civil partnership or citizenship ceremony amongst other things!
Whether you are looking for a change of career or to develop to another level we will support you throughout. No previous experience is required as there will be an extensive training programme of up to 2 years to progress the successful individual to the role of Registration Officer. There will be a mix of eLearning, observations, coaching, assessments and research & reflection.
You will work frontline with our clients throughout your training initially with a mentor and gradually able to work without direct supervision. There will be a need to work at different sites around the county to ensure we provide you with the full experience required.
