Compass Associates are working alongside a highly reputable care provider who owns a remit of care homes across the UK. They are looking for a experienced Deputy Manager to Deputise a service in the Wimbledon area. This is an award winning provider, who specialise in proving high quality care for elderly people within a care home environment.
This is a medium sized care home that provides high quality Nursing and Residential care for elderly people. The home service has got a really positive reputation in the local community. This home requires an experienced Deputy manager that can lead and develop the already well established team. Experience in marketing beds is desirable as my client is keen to maintain the occupancy and relationships already established by the current manager.
The successful candidate must have experience leading a team of nursing within an elderly care home service that provides nursing and dementia care for elderly people. My client is looking for a new Deputy Manager who can motivate a staff team, maintain good standards of care and can sustain a healthy running business.
This candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care home.
This position requires a confident, positive person who is able to bring new ideas to the home and can work with internal and external professionals to ensure the home remains successful.
Must have Deputy Manager experience
b>Must be RGN qualified
- NVQ 4/5 in Leadership and management or equivalent
- Strong people management skills
- Passion for elderly care
- At least 3 years Nursing Home experience
- Currently holds a good CQC report
- RGN Qualified only
This role is based in Wimbledon and is commutable from all areas of London, Croydon, Kingston, Twickenham, Epsom, Woking, Reigate, Oxted and Leatherhead.
My client is seeking a Deputy Manager with exposure to elderly care, where the successful candidate is able to lead and inspire a team to provide high quality care. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £45,000 per annum + bonus & benefits.
