While customer facing the candidate will spend time in the back learning the technical aspects of the products in order to sell them effectively and advise customers correctly.

Duties include:
Undertaking general customer facing service

Cash handling

Be responsible for stock management

House keeping will help in the catering area preparing food

Working within food hygiene standards

Have an ability to learn and problem solve

IT Literate

Good mental arithmetic

Have good communication skills both face to face and by telephone

Good customer service skills

GCSE C or above/equivalent in maths and English is desirable
