[Full Time] Contact Centre Advisor – Temporary

DW Fitness First are recruiting for Call Centre Advisors to join their team in the Poole. These are temporary roles which may lead to permanent opportunities. The roles are part time working 20 hours per week from 10.30am – 2.30pm.

The Role

You will be required to operate within a busy call centre environment, dealing with a high volume of inbound calls and emails with a variety of club membership related enquiries.

You will be dealing directly with our club members with the objective of handling all queries or complaints in a professional and efficient manner to deliver the best possible level of service.

Working within a culture focused on improvement, support and positive results, this role demands great attention to detail whilst working to set targets and deadlines. You will be expected to prioritise effectively and make a positive contribution to Contact Centre team performance.

Skills and Experience needed:

Experience of working within a call centre environment

Experience of dealing with high volumes of calls and emails

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Confidence to effectively communicate within the team and wider business functions

Able to problem solve

Able to work within a target/ deadline driven environment
