Leading the activities of the Finance Change function, identifying & defining systems to improve the automation of finance functions.
Manage the business process design, becoming an internal finance SME.
Ensure proposed improvements are compliant with accounting standards.
Develop change projects around transactional payment processing.
You’re likely to have a background in cards, payments, schemes, acquiring, merchant services or a payments processor.
You will have worked in a finance role, preferably as part of a change team, and have an understanding of producing process flows & spec documents.
Excellent attention to detail, planning skills, confidence to challenge assumptions, highly motivated, driven.
Good knowledge of both accounting/finance and payments/cards is essential.
Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
