What will be your main tasks as a customer service representative?
– Management of incoming calls
– Answer questions about existing accounts
– Resolve requests and communicate requests
Schedule of 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Variable hours between 8 am and 8 pm (weekdays only)
Accessible location in Downtown Montreal
Temporary contract of 6 months with a possibility of permanency
